Hi! After 40+ years, I'm finally getting back to myself and loving myself. I've also been doing a lot of self-discovery and self-love. I was selfless my whole life and did a lot of self-loathing. With the help of Michelle and this community I'm getting back to 'me' and am looking forward to helping others with self-awareness and in putting ourselves first and foremost. We cannot pour from an empty cup and I help out with conserving our energy all the way to boundaries and making and keeping this 'boundary' muscle strong.
One more thing. I also help out with awareness in the fact that this world wasn't meant for me to thrive. I am an introverted, sensitive, brown and neurodivergent woman. The fact that I'm alive, in this world and during this time - so many miracles had to happen. My ancestors couldn't do what I am able to at this point in time with the internet and being able to reach people all over the world with a digital product or being able to have a zoom meeting w/ someone across the world. I know my ancestors are watching me from above and are so proud that they can finally be acknowledged. :)
