As a human with an INFJ personality type, I think on some level I’ve always been “into personal development”.

The core philosophy of my approach to business is “personal growth first, business second”. However, it took me some time to unravel what exactly is lacking with the traditional approach to becoming the best version of oneself. Everything started to change for me when I stopped looking at personal development as a journey of "doing" and of self-improvement and started seeing it as a journey of "undoing" and self-healing. Your higher self isn’t something you achieve.
