When I open Notion in the morning, it regulates me. I used to think that was weird. Then I learned that with ADHD, we need external regulation in order to feel internal regulation. It's not something to fix. It's something to work with.

Because Notion holds everything, nothing is floating around in my head. This gives me room to start with me, not my tasks. I tune into where I'm at with my energy, my cycle, and my family. Then I take one minute to reschedule anything I won't do today.
