I built the dashboard I always wished existed
What is the Sacred Pause?
The Sacred Pause isn't a planner. It's a companion — a single page you keep open in a tab and check in with through the day: where's my energy, my mood, my body right now?
It started with a timer. I could never find a Pomodoro I actually liked, so I made my own — one that reminds me to stop working. Eat something. Take a walk. Remember I’m a human being, not just someone who gets things done. Then it snowballed: one little widget card became a whole page of them.
The part I love most is that the cards talk to each other:
Rate your energy as low, and your Pomodoro reminds you to keep your work sessions shorter.
Tell it where you are in your cycle, and your schedule card, energy tracker, and meal planner adjust to meet you there.
No cycle? It follows the rhythm of the moon instead.
And there's more tucked inside:
A card for feeling your feelings, and one for filling your own cup first
A little weather poem (some days you're sunny, some days you're cloudy — today the sky is letting you be both)
The moon, your word of the year, your go-to YouTube videos and Pinterest boards — all in one place
The Sacred Pause holds a lot and yet still feels light. So that every time you use it, you come away feeling a little more at peace and a little more YOU.
