How I Make my Notion Work Seamlessly

Written By Michelle Rohr

If you're using both Sacred Systems and Easy Peasy Email Marketing, this tutorial shows you exactly how to integrate your Newsletter Hub into your Sacred Systems Business Hub and Daily Hub for seamless workflow.

In this video, I walk you through:

  • Where to find both Notion templates in your courses

  • How to drag the Newsletter Hub into your Business Hub

  • Setting up a recurring ritual in your Daily Hub so your newsletter workflow is always accessible

  • My simple system for processing newsletters weekly without switching between multiple pages

This integration creates an intuitive system where everything lives in one place—your Sacred Systems Daily Hub—so you can manage your weekly newsletter alongside all your other life and business tasks.

What I Make Myself, What AI Helps With

What's all me

  • My videos and podcasts are 100% me — my own thoughts, my own voice, no AI involved at all.

Where Claude helps

  • When a blog post here is based on a podcast, video, or coaching call, I use Claude to shape the transcript into a post that reads well on the page.
