How I’m planning summer activities for my family

I make a lot of deep-dive videos for my Sacred Systems students — where I open up my own Notion and show you how I actually use it for the real, ordinary stuff of my life. I'm sharing this one outside the program because it's a good example of how Sacred Systems can support you in every facet of your life.

The example is completely ordinary: keeping track of the activities I want to do with my family this summer.

Here's what it shows:

It starts where you actually are. You're holding a dozen threads at once — the meals, the kids' moods, the work, the half-formed "ooh, we should do that" about a pool near town. Sacred Systems asks one quiet question: where does this thought go, so I don't have to carry it anymore? And then it carries it for you.

As David Allen says:Your mind is for having ideas, not holding them.”

Sacred Systems isn’t just a template. A template is an empty room. What I teach is systems thinking — how to take your desires, remove the friction and make them serve you. In the video it's a stray summer idea, but the thinking is the same for your meals, your money, your work, your rest.

The magic is in the surfacing, not the storage. Lists fail because you have to remember to go look at them. Here, the right idea comes to you — on the right day, in the right place.

Less on your plate, not more. Nothing slipping through the cracks. Nothing weighing on your mind. So you can stop being the worker bee in your own life and start being the queen of it.

Ready to free your mind and live more life?

Sacred Systems is the Notion system for sovereign women — a way of turning everyday life into a structure that holds you and your entire life.
